The 37-year-old MLA from the BRS party Lasya Nanditha died in a road accident after the car crashed into the divider on the ORR.

Born in 1986 Lasya Nanditha was 37 years old. The accident is said to have occurred when she was traveling from Basara toward Gachibowli. It is suspected that the driver may have fallen asleep at the steering due to early morning traveling.

Lasya was in the front seat when the accident occurred due to which she was majorly injured, she was rushed to a nearby hospital where doctors declared her dead.

Lasya survived a major accident in the past when she was on her way to Nalgonda to attend a rally by the Chief Minister, the accident resulted in the death of her home guard. However, Lasya survived that accident with minor injuries.

G. Lasya Nanditha was a former corporate from Kavadiguda (2016). She contested the 2023 Election as BRS MLA from Secunderabad Constituency and won the election by majority after defeating Ganesh N of BJP by 17,169 votes.

Her father G.Sayanna who was an MLA from Secunderabad passed away last year on 19th February 2023 due to Ill health after Lasya took her father’s place in the BRS party as an MLA.
